Delete Account
How to delete your Domitoria account and associated data.
Review your monsters, gems, party, battle record, and mission progress before proceeding.
Delete from the app or browser
- Sign in to Domitoria with the account you want to delete.
- Open Options in the upper-right corner of Home.
- Select Delete Account and complete the confirmation steps.
If you are asked to sign in again for security, sign in and repeat the same steps.
Request deletion when you cannot sign in
To help us verify the account, contact the following address from your registered email address.
Deletion request contact
Use the subject “Domitoria account deletion request” and include your registered email address, player name, and the Player ID shown in Options. We will reply with the steps required to verify your identity.
Never send your password, verification code, or credit card number. We will notify you by email after verification and deletion are complete.
Primary data deleted
- Sign-in connections and user profile
- Player name, owned monsters, gems, party, and game progress
- NPC and online battle sessions, rating, and battle history
- Mission progress and claim history
- Registered notification devices
- Account-specific ad reward and purchase grant records
Aggregate game-balance data is anonymized by removing its association with you.
Information that may be retained temporarily
Records required for legal obligations, payment reconciliation, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution may be retained only for the period necessary for those purposes. Purchase histories controlled by Apple, Google, and payment processors remain subject to their respective policies.
Temporary information in active or expired online battle rooms may remain until the room's automatic shutdown process completes.
